Sustainable Development
Consulting & DevelopmentCulturally reflective organizational development means transferring diverse perspectives into collective learning and development processes. Intercultural encounter and exchange processes promote contact between different social systems with different values, interpretations and behavioral patterns.
The increasing complexity of dynamic environments places new demands on cooperation and shaping the future. In this context, transforming diverse perceptions of communication, cooperation, processes, strategies or goals into a sustainable basis of understanding is a challenge for all those involved.
At the same time, the people associated with the organization, who enrich the organizational culture with their diverse perspectives, skills, experiences and personalities, are crucial for the development of the organization.
Transformative learning and sustainable development can only succeed if those involved see themselves reflected in the organizational culture – even if not everyone always agrees.
We facilitate processes
With a culturally reflective attitude and 20 years of experience in international academic (development) cooperation, we alternate between the roles of coach, moderator, and conflict mediator.
Successful cooperation requires a participatory framework that creates space for shared learning, makes blind spots visible, and creates a trusting basis for mutual understanding.
We support transformative learning processes with systemic consulting
In a changing world, stable working relationships are needed to find common answers to challenges in times of crisis. Facilitating the resulting discourse in a goal-oriented manner, including the perspectives of those involved, motivating personal responsibility and setting organizational goals requires transformative and dialogical skills. This is no easy task, as the complexity of the requirements increases with the diversity of participants and relationships.
Transformation journeys are often associated with profound changes in the organizational landscape. Navigating development paths requires a pioneering spirit, resilience, equipment and, above all, a team that helps shape the direction and milestones. Systemic, process-accompanying flanking of the paths of change, communication and cooperation help to ensure that everyone can follow the development paths at their own pace without losing sight of the environmental context.
